NFM-Hertz 2022 Holiday Action

1. The organizing authorities of the NFM-Hertz Holiday Action are: (i) Nivette Fleet Management sp. z o. o. located at ul. Lotnicza 3/5, 04-192 in Warsaw, Poland, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. KRS 0000127426, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 1132386801, Industry Identification Number (REGON) 015226830, (ii) Motorent Sp. z o. o.  located at ul. Ostrobramska 34 in Warsaw, Poland, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. KRS 0000037337, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5220005166, Industry Identification Number (REGON) 0102672090; (Organizing Authorities).
2. The subject matter of the Holiday Action is the act of donation of the funds to a foundation elected by voters. A voter can be any person, who wishes to vote through the website referred to in point 6.

The funds donated by the Organizing Authorities will include: (a) a sum of 20,000 Polish zloty, increased by (b) 10 zł to each particular rental completed within Hertz Rent a Car during the period, in which the Holiday Action takes place.

3. The period in which the Holiday Action takes place will be 6^th to 24^th December 2022.
4. Foundations included in the Holiday Action will be:

• Fundacja Pomocna Dłoń po Wypadku http://pomocnadlonpowypadku.pl/

5. During the period, in which the Holiday Action takes place, the voters can vote for one of the aforementioned Foundations through a dedicated webpage created by the Organizing Authorities under the address: […] Each participant can vote only once.
6. Voting does not require any registration act from the voter, sharing personal data or providing any funds.
7. Voting amounts to having accepted the terms and conditions included in the regulations by the voter.
8. After the Holiday Action ends, the Organizing Authorities will donate funds in a sum determined in compliance with point 3. to the Foundation that will collect the largest number of votes. Organizing Authorities assume that the act of donation of the funds to the elected Foundation will take place no later than on the 31^st January 2023, however, the exact due date is to be dependent on the organizational and formal conditions.
9. Organizing Authorities will report the amount of funds donated to the Foundation elected by the voters through social media, including in particular through the Facebook fan pages of the Organizing Authorities.
10. Affected persons are entitled to ask any questions or share their remarks regarding the Holiday Action via e-mail address: marketing@hertz.pl. Organizing Authorities will provide appropriate feedback in a respective e-mail.
11. Organizing Authorities are allowed to change the content of regulations and to abort or suspend the Holiday Action or to end it prematurely if it is justified by external causes unforeseen by the Organizing Authorities at the beginning of the Holiday Action. In case specified above the Organizing Authorities will advertise an appropriate statement and a possible respective explanation via a dedicated webpage and social media.
